Following your interview at our office, we are pleased to move you on to the next stage of our recruitment process.

‌

This is an assessment where you will be sent out with an existing driver, who will assess your ability to perform the role you have applied for.

‌

The assessment is designed to check you are competent at handling the vehicle and related equipment, as well as how you conduct yourself both on the road and in the presence of clients.

‌

Following this assessment, a decision will be made as to whether to offer you a permanent position of employment with Atlas.

‌

Please be aware that this assessment day is part of a recruitment process and does not constitute a paid day’s work. The sole purpose is to ascertain your suitability for the role. As such, we will not make any payment in respect of assessment days.

‌

If you are offered a role after your trial day, and you commence work with us, then we will pay a ‘new starter bonus’ with your first pay slip, equivalent to one days pay.
