Warehouse storage
We have storage facilities available for temporary warehousing of goods in our care, usually whilst in transit awaiting delivery.
Goods are kept safe and dry in our modern warehouse facility, eliminating the need to keep goods on vehicles overnight (as is the case with many smaller courier companies). Safety and security of all stored goods is assured by our modern security systems, provided by SECOM plc.
We are able to load warehouse goods on a 24 hour basis (by arrangement) to facilitate on-time delivery.
Goods are insured up to £30,000 as standard while in our care, with the ability to cover higher values on request. If your goods are theft attractive, we need to know in advance so we can advise insurers.
If you require goods to be stored for delivery next week, or need something collected today and delivered the day after tomorrow at 02:00 then it is not a problem, and there is often no charge for storage as part of an on-going transit. Just pick up the phone and ask.
